Kedarnath are one of the main shrines of Chardham Yatra of Uttarakhand and every year lakhs of devotees and pilgrim visit this beautiful places get blessed. Kedarnath Dham comes under in Rudraprayag District, the state of Uttarakhand. Kedarnath Dham is dedicated to
Lord shiva, we also called it Jagrit Mahadev. The Temple is only open in summerseason between around April to October month and in winterseason temples and yatra remain closed. The winter stay ofshri Kedar Baba is in Ukhimath. Ukhimath is very beautiful small town and it is surrounded
by a many of beautiful places. You will also visit Tungnath Mahadev Temple which is world highest Bhagwan Shiva Temple.

Day 1 :

HARIDWAR TO SONPRAYAG / SITAPUR / SERSI

After Reaching at Haridwar Railway station in the early morning board your vehicle and proceed to Phata / SERSI / SONPRAYAG via Deveprayag Sangam (Confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi River and origin of Ganges River) After you will also see the Dharidevi Temple which is very ancient and situated in the middle of the Alaknanda River, then proceed to Rudraprayag which is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River, the point of confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. You will continue to drive alongside the Mandakini River to reach Guptakashi. Further proceed to Sersi / Sonprayag and after arrive at Sersi check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 2 :

SONPRAYAG / SERSI (18 KMS TREK TO KEDARNTH FROM GAURIKUND)

After Breakfast check out from hotel and Proceed to Garurikund. From Gaurikund it’s
around 18 – 19Km trek to shri Kedarnath ji. After reach at Kedarnath ji check in to hotel
and refresh yourself.Later join Evening Aarti and enjoy this divine placeof lord Shiva.
Enjoy Kedarnath Darshan and Kedarnath valley & return back to your hotel. Overnight
stay at Kedarnath. Kedarnath Temple is dedicated to LordShiva and it is also known as
Jagrit Mahadev. The winter stay of shri Kedar Baba is in Ukhimath. Ukhimath is very
beautiful small town and it is surrounded by a many of beautiful places. After Reaching at Kedarnath ji Check in to your Hotel and rest of the free at Leisure at your own.
Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3 :

KEDARNATH TO GAURIKUND (DOWN TREK) TO SONPRAYAG TO UKHIMATH

Wake up early morning and after taking bath you are at the temple by 06:00 am to
07:00 am for the ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha
and touch the idol. You canalso prostrate with your head touching the deity etc.
After Temple Darshan trek down to Gaurikund and take a Jeep to Sonprayag.
Further drive to SONPRAYAG and board your Vehicle proceed to Ukhimath, after
reaching at Ukhimath Check-in to your Hotel. Overnight stay at Ukhimath Hotel.

Day 4 :

UKHIMATH – CHOPTA AND TREK TO TUNGNATH – CHANDRASHILATOP – CHOPTA CAMPING

After Breakfast board your vehicle and drive to Chopta (Mini Switzerland). Chopta is a small region of meadows and evergreen forest area in summer and covered with snow in winter season which is a part of kedarnath wildlife sanctuary located in Uttarakhand state, India. After reaching at Chopta continue your trek towards Tungnath (World highest lord Shiva Temple). This climb will lead you to the sacred sanctuary named as Tungnath sanctuary. Appreciate one of the most stunning and wonderful vistas in the Kedar, Chaukhamba, Trishul, Nanda devi and different tops in the region. In spite of the fact that around there, you may likewise get the chance to see a couple of uncommon types of hawks. You can likewise observe the astonishing backwoods around the sanctuary and furthermore the peaks of Bandarpoonch also. On both the sides of Chopta you can see green inclines and feel the cool wind. Later down trek to Chopta and overnight stay at Chopta Camping.

Day 5 :

CHOPTA TO HARIDWAR RAILWAY STATION DEPARTURE

Wake up early morning, after breakfast check out from Camping and enjoy some last moment in this beautiful Valley and Transfer to Haridwar Railway Station. You will back to your home with unforgettable divine memories and blessing.

It was a wonderful experience with life long memories for our team, to be facilitated by Himalayantop Travels during our Deoriatal -Tunganath Mahadev trek last week of this month. The quality of the accomodation, food and transport were upto the mark, so was the assist by dear Pritam ji. It is always like coming to the second home, i.e, Hotel Himalayan Dews in Ukhimath. Glad that I could meet Ashish bhaiya on the final day. Experiencing live snowfall during the Tungnath trek was quite mesmerizing, so were the views of sunrise and sunset at Deoriatal.

This year, we went for Do Dham Yatra in October. I had been looking for travel agents for the Yatra and contacted serval agencies, finally zeroed in with Himalayantop. The dealing of Mr Pritam Rawat was quite impressive. When we started yatra from Delhi, he was constantly monitoring, taking feedback. Each day he was talking to the driver to know our whereabouts and our comfort. The driver that he head delegated, Mr Lekhraj was also awsome and took care of us. Mr Rawat was accommodative of all our requests, in one case when we asked him to change the hotel, he agreed and did as necessary. I would say both of them made our Yatra a memorable one. Our do dham yatra was really a memorable one ,pritam ji was helping us at each step to overcome the challenges ,his brother lekhraj Singh took us from Delhi in ertiga car ,he was also helpful and the car travel was comfortable .The hotels booked by pritam ji was near to the temple and was clean and good .He was quick in arranging a hotel near to gauri kund as we had to shift from.sonprayag hotel to take a dholi next day from gauri kund .So I really thank pritam ji and lekhraj ji for getting us a good Darshan and blessings memorable for a life time .thanks himalayantop travels Radha
