Nandi Kund Trek – The Holy Lake

After arriving at Dehradun Airport, Board your Coach/ arranged vehicle and proceed to Ukhimath. While in proceeding to Ukhimath (Winter Capital of
Kedarnath Ji & Madhyamaheswar ji) from Dehradun you have to get the opportunity photo stop at Rishikesh (World Capital city of Yoga) and Devprayag (Confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi). The drive will take around 6 to 7 hours to reach Ukhimath town. After reaching this beautiful village check-in and relax, the evening is free at leisure you can explore the town on your own. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

After Breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Ranshi Village. The trek will start from the Ranshi town. We go through Gaundar town which is found near Madhu Ganga stream and the proceed to Nanu Village, on the way you will find many villages with local people and their culture which is amazing to experience. After reaching at Nanu we will set up there our Tent for an overnight stay.

After a hearty breakfast pack your bags and proceed to Madhyamaheswar Temple which is the second panch Kedar out of five panch Kedar. Just Approx. 01 Km above Buda Madhyamaheswar from you can see the stunning clear view of Chukhamba Peak and other Himalayan ranges. In the evening you can join Evening Divya Darshan Arti of Shri Madhyamaheswar Ji.
Overnight stay at the Camp.

After a hearty breakfast pack your bags, take the blessing of lord Madhyamaheswar Ji and proceed to kachni Dhar. Kachni Dhar is a very beautiful valley and everywhere you can see the meadows and beautiful mountains, feel like these big mountains walking with you. After arriving at Kachni dhar we will set up our camp there. Overnight stay at Kachni Dhar.

Wake up early morning, freshen up. After a hearty breakfast pack your bags say goodbye to this beautiful valley and proceed to Pandavsera. Pandavsear is the sacred place which is related to Pandavas at the time of Mahabharata. This is the place where Pandavas dig the canals and transformed the place into cultivation. Today also you can see the cultivated area dug canal by the Pandavas. After reaching Pandavsear we will set up our camp for an overnight stay.

Wake up early morning and freshen up. After a hearty breakfast trek to Nandi Kund the sacred holy Lake. Nandi Kund Lake is the source of Madhu Ganga and you can also see the origin Point of Madhu Ganga River which comes from Nandi Kund Lake. You will also get a chance to see the Brahma Kamal (A Sacred Himalayan Flower) which offer to Lord Shiva. Just beside the Nandi Kund Lake, you will find the Rock-cut Temple which is dedicated to Nanda Devi where we can see the big iron swords, some people say that these swords belong to Pandavas, Pandavas had left the swords here when they proceeding their final journey to Swargarohini (Swarg Ki sediyan / Way to Heaven). After spending some time at Nandi Kund Lake way back to Pandavsera for an overnight stay.

Wake up early morning and freshen up. After a hearty breakfast trek to Kachni Dhar. On the way you will see flora and fauna, huge mountains, green lush valleys / Meadows with an amazing view. After reaching at Kachni Dhar, we will set up our camp for an Overnight stay at Kachni Dhar.

Wake up early morning and freshen up. After a hearty breakfast trek to Madhyamaheswar / Buda Madhyamaheswar. Get the blessing of second panch Kedar and overnight stay at this divine place.

Wake up early morning and freshen up. After a hearty breakfast trek down to Ranshi village and drive to Ukhimath. Check in to your arranged hotel and relax.

After breakfast check out from the hotel & get transferred to Dehradun Airport. You will back to your home with unforgettable divine lifetime memories and a lot of blessings.
